Privacy Policy
Our approach to your data: we don't want it, we don't collect it, and we don't store it. Simple as that.
Overview
This Privacy Policy applies to all applications published by hyperfixation.dev (developed by Morgan Archer) on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or distributed directly. This includes, but is not limited to, Up Lifting, Heads Up Mate, Volume, and FruityPhotos.
We build tools to solve problems, not to collect profiles. We believe software should respect your attention, your battery, and your privacy.
No Data Collection or Telemetry
Our applications do not collect, process, store, or transmit any personal data, telemetry, analytics, or usage statistics. Specifically:
- No account creation is required to use our apps.
- No identifier tracking or advertising tracking is used.
- No crash reports or diagnostics are sent to us (unless you explicitly choose to share them via the platform operator's opt-in crash reporting settings, such as Apple's Share with App Developers).
Local Storage & Syncing
All data you create or manage within the apps (such as workout logs, calendar alerts, custom settings, or Gantt chart schedules) is stored entirely locally on your device. We do not operate any database servers to store your application data.
If an app offers backup, restore, or cross-device syncing, it uses native platform features (such as Apple's iCloud or Google Drive Backup) that are managed entirely by you. This data goes directly to your private cloud account, and at no point do we have access to it.
Device Permissions
Some of our applications may request device permissions to function properly (for example, Heads Up Mate requires access to your macOS Calendar). These permissions are only used locally to retrieve or display information on your device. This data is never sent to external servers.
Changes to This Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our applications after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
